Mushroom Farming In-Person
People have been eating mushrooms since before recorded history! In ancient Greece it was believed they would provide strength for warriors in battle. Romans considered them "Food of the Gods." For centuries Chinese culture has viewed mushrooms as health food and used them in medicine. We will be using Blue Oyster mushrooms to demonstrate an easy and compact way to grow your own!
