Around the World in 8 Games - Backgammon

Around the World in 8 Games - Backgammon In-Person

Come explore the traditional gaming world. Each week we will learn and play a different board game that originated from outside of the United States including Go, Canasta, Cribbage, Pachisi, and more.

Backgammon is estimated to be about 5000 years old originally from Mesopotamia. It is a 2-player game where each person is trying to move all of their men from one side of the board to the other without getting caught and sent back to the start.
