Master Gardeners Series: The Science of Soil In-Person
Join our local Master Gardeners for an engaging class all about the science of soil. In this session, you'll explore the three key components that make soil thrive: structure, chemistry, and biology. Learn how soil is built, how nutrients move through it, and how beneficial organisms—from microbes to earthworms—work behind the scenes to support healthy plants.
Master Gardeners will share practical tips for improving soil health in home gardens, including ways to build better soil structure, balance nutrients, and encourage beneficial soil life. Whether you're growing vegetables, flowers, or landscaping plants, understanding your soil can make all the difference.
Come ready to dig in, ask questions, and leave with knowledge that will help your garden grow stronger and healthier! 🌿
